Our group aims to characterize relationships between molecular and electronic structure of heme proteins in the cytochrome c family. We are working to learn how molecular and
electronic structure relate to these proteins' folding and function. We use a range of techniques
including molecular biology, protein biochemistry, resonance Raman spectroscopy, single-molecule
fluorescence, and NMR spectroscopy applied to paramagnetic biomolecules. Plesae visit
